Mounting and Lamination Services

For mounting and laminating we have both a Drytac Heated Glass-Top Vacuum Press HGP360 and a Drytac JM63-Pro 63" electric laminator with a heated top roller.

The vacuum press has a working area of 1090mm x 1689mm (42.5" x 66.5). It is used to dry mount on a wide range of backing boards as well as canvas uv protection and other forms of heat set lamination.

The Drytac JM63-Pro is used for mounting images to DiBond, GatorFoam, aluminum, MDF, acrylic to name just a few and can be used with both cold and heat assisted laminates. It can mount on material up to two inches thick and 63 inches wide.
